Customisation Process & Communication

1. Place your order and upload the required photos.
2. We will email a proof for your approval — we require your email address to send proofs and to contact you if any issues arise.
3. If you approve, we proceed to production. If modifications are requested, please reply within 48 hours of the proof email; otherwise we will assume approval and continue.
4. Quality inspection and dispatch.

Modifications & Delivery

Any requested modifications may extend delivery time. The more revisions required, the longer production and dispatch may take. We always prioritise quality and your satisfaction.

Assembly

All brick figures and scene accessories are shipped separately and require assembly. Clear instructions are provided in the package; please assemble according to the guide upon receipt.
