After you order we will send a proof to your email for approval. We require your email address to deliver proofs and to contact you if any issues arise. Please reply to the proof email within 48 hours; otherwise we will assume approval and proceed to production. Refunds & Custom Order Policy

• If you request a refund immediately after ordering and design & production has not started, a full refund may be available.
• If you request a refund after design has started, only a 50% refund will be available.
• If you request a refund after production has started, refunds or returns are not available.
