How it works

• Upload clear, high-resolution photos (front, full-body where possible, no obstructions). Bright colours and patterned clothing help achieve better likenesses.
• We design a proof and email it to you for approval — we require your email address to send proofs and to contact you if any issues arise.
• Reply within 48 hours to request changes; otherwise we will assume approval and proceed to production.

What we can customise

• Hairstyle, facial expression, clothing, conventional accessories and simple poses.
• We will attempt to recreate hand-held items or gestures within the limits of brick structure; very complex accessories or large props (tables, chairs, musical instruments, animals) are not included in production.

Size & material

The size refers to the stature of the person depicted standing from head to toe, not the actual height if the person is seated or lying down. Material: ABS (eco-friendly).

Production & refunds

This is a made-to-order item. Once sold it cannot be returned for resale. Refund availability:

• If you cancel immediately after ordering and design/production has not started — full refund available.
• If you cancel after design has started — 50% refund.
• If you cancel after production has started — no refund or return available.
