For the best result upload a clear, high‑resolution front photo. Avoid covers, low resolution or heavily backlit images. The clearer the photo, the more accurate the AI‑generated head will be.

How customisation works

1. Place your order and upload high‑resolution photos.
2. We email a proof for your approval (proofs are sent to the email you provide).
3. Reply within 48 hours with approval or modification requests — otherwise we will assume approval and proceed.
4. Once approved we proceed to production, followed by quality inspection and dispatch.
