What can be customised

We recreate hairstyle, facial expression and regular accessories. Complex accessories may not be fully reproducible but we will attempt faithful rendering within the building-block structure.

Photo requirements for best results

• Upload clear, high-resolution photos.
• Prefer front-facing, full-body images with no obstructions.
• Brightly coloured or patterned clothing helps accurate reproduction.

Ordering & production process

1. Place your order and upload photos.
2. We will email a proof for your approval — please reply within 48 hours or we will assume approval to continue.
3. Once approved we proceed to production, then quality inspection and dispatch.

Refund & returns

As this is a customised product it is specially made and cannot be returned for resale. Refund options depend on production stage: if you cancel immediately and design/production has not started you may receive a full refund; if design has started a 50% refund is available; once production has started refunds are not available.
