Complex accessories, hand-held items or large scene elements (tables, chairs, musical instruments, animals) are outside the production scope but we will attempt faithful representation where possible.

How the customisation works

1. Place your order and upload high-resolution photos.
2. We email a proof to the address you provide. Proofs are mandatory to ensure accuracy.
3. If you approve the proof, we proceed to production. If you request changes, reply within 48 hours of the proof email; otherwise we will assume approval.
4. Quality inspection and dispatch.

Photo guidance

For best results upload a clear, high-resolution, front, full-body photo. Bright colours and visible clothing patterns help us recreate details. The size represents a standing person – not the actual height if sitting or lying.

Refund & returns

Because this product is personalised it cannot be returned for resale. Refund policy:

• If you cancel immediately and design/production has not started: full refund available.
• If you cancel after design has started: 50% refund available.
• If you cancel after production has started: no refund or return available.
