Photo guidelines

For the best result upload clear, high‑resolution photos: front view, full‑body, unobstructed (no filters or covers). Bright or patterned clothing helps capture detail. These photos are the starting point for the design — the clearer the image, the better the final customised brick figure.

Ordering, proofs & production

After placing your order you will receive proof emails to confirm the design. We require your email address so we can send proofs and contact you should any issues arise. Please reply within 48 hours of receiving the proof; if no response is received we will assume approval and proceed to production.

Refunds & returns

Because each piece is uniquely made, items cannot be returned for resale. Refund options are:

• If you request a refund immediately after ordering and design & production have not started: full refund available
• If you request a refund after design has started: 50% refund
• If you request a refund after production has started: no refund available

Shipping & assembly

3. If approved, we proceed to production; if changes are needed we will work with you (delivery time may be extended)
