• Please reply to the proof email within 48 hours. If no reply is received within 48 hours we will assume approval and continue production.
• If you request modifications, delivery time may be extended — the more revisions requested, the longer production may take.

Refunds & returns

This is a bespoke item made to order and cannot be returned or resold once produced. Refund options depend on production stage:

• Before design starts: full refund available.
• After design has started: 50% refund available.
• After production has started: no refund available.
