How ordering and proofing works

2. We will email a proof for your approval — we require your email to send proofs and to communicate about production quality.
3. Please reply within 48 hours of receiving the proof email. If no reply is received within 48 hours we will assume approval and proceed with production.
4. Once approved, we complete quality inspection and dispatch.

Any requested modifications may extend the delivery time; the more changes required, the longer production may take. For best results, upload a clear, high-resolution photo showing the face and hairstyle. Please note that stationary heads offer the widest hairstyle options while bobble heads are limited to short hair.
