Reply within 48 hours to approve or request changes; if no reply is received within 48 hours we will assume approval and proceed. 4. After approval we complete production, perform quality inspection and dispatch.

For the best likeness upload a clear, high-resolution front-facing photo and a side profile if possible. For engraving, provide the exact spelling and punctuation for the name or quote you want on the base.
Delivery & modifications
Minor modifications are usually quick, but significant changes may extend production time. We prioritise quality—extra time may be necessary for complex requests.
