Please reply within 48 hours to approve or request revisions; otherwise we will assume approval and continue to production. Revisions may extend delivery time — the more changes required, the longer the delay.

Returns & refunds

This is a customised item and cannot be returned for resale once made. Refund availability:

• If you cancel immediately after ordering and before design has started: full refund available.
• If you cancel after design has started: 50% refund.
• If production has started: no refund or return available.
