Key Details

• Material: ABS, eco‑friendly plastic.
• Finished size: 35.2 × 19.2 cm (stature measured head to toe; not the person’s actual sitting or lying height).
• Includes three full‑body figures in one assembled display.
• Customisation scope: hairstyle, facial expression, clothing, standard accessories and simple poses.
• Limitations: complex accessories, intricate hand‑held items, detailed gestures, or large background decorations (tables, chairs, musical instruments, animals) are not included or may be simplified to suit building‑block structure.
• Each order is produced 1:1 as a customised item and cannot be resold.

How to Order

1. Place your order and upload clear, high‑resolution photos showing the full body, front view, uncluttered and wearing bright/contrasting colours where possible.
2. We will create and email a proof for your approval. Please reply within 48 hours; if no reply is received we will assume approval and proceed to production.
3. If you request changes, we will update the proof — note that additional modifications may extend delivery time.

Refunds & Production Policy

Because each model is custom made: full refund is available only if you cancel before design begins. If you cancel after design has started but before production, 50% refund applies.
