What we can and can’t recreate

• Included: hairstyle, facial expression, clothing, standard accessories and simple actions reproduced within the limits of the building‑block structure.
• Limited: complex accessories, hand‑held items and intricate gestures may not be perfectly restored; we will attempt a faithful block‑style interpretation.
• Excluded: large scene elements or decorations such as tables, chairs, musical instruments or large animals are outside the production scope and will not be reproduced.

Size & Material

Size refers to the figure’s stature from head to toe when standing — not the actual height of a person while sitting or lying. Material: ABS, eco‑friendly.

Ordering & Customisation Process

1. Place your order and upload high‑resolution photos.
2. We will email a proof to the address you provide — we require your email so you can review and approve the design.
3. Reply within 48 hours if you wish to request changes; otherwise we will assume approval and proceed to production.
4. Quality inspection and dispatch.

Photo Guidelines

For best results upload a clear, high‑resolution image showing the full body from the front, with an unobstructed view and bright clothing where possible. Patterned outfits often help us capture detail.

Delivery, Modifications & Returns

Modifications can delay delivery: the more changes requested, the longer production will take. Because each item is uniquely made, products cannot be returned for resale once completed. Refund policy summary:

• If you request a refund immediately after ordering and design/production has not yet started, a refund is available.
• If you request a refund after design has started, only a 50% refund is available.
• If you request a refund after production has started, refunds or returns are not available.
