• Size note: Figures are the stature from head to toe — not the actual height of a person while sitting or lying.
• Production time: 2–3 business days for design and production (proofs provided by email).

What we can customise

We will recreate hairstyle, facial expression and conventional accessories. Complex or highly detailed accessories may not be fully restored, but we will approximate them within the limits of building‑block structure.

How to upload photos for best results

• High‑resolution, front, full‑body photographs.
• Clear images without obstructions (no covers or face masks).
• Wearing bright colours or patterns often helps with accurate recreation.

This is a made‑to‑order personalised item and cannot be resold. Returns are restricted:

• If you request a refund immediately after placing the order and design/production has not started, a full refund is available.
• If you request a refund after design has started, a 50% refund will be issued.
• If production has started, refunds or returns are not available.

Customisation process & communication

1. Place your order and upload high‑resolution photos.
2. We email a proof for approval — we require your email to send proofs and to contact you about any issues.
3. Reply within 48 hours if changes are needed; otherwise we will assume approval and proceed.
4. Once approved we complete production, perform quality inspection and dispatch.
