Key details

• Skin tone: Light Nougat only (as shown in the main image). Additional skin tones are under development.
• Facial hair: Beards and moustaches cannot be customised at this time.
• Size: The figure represents the person's stature standing from head to toe; it is not a measurement of actual height while sitting or lying.
• Material: ABS, eco-friendly.
• Packaging: All Brick Figures and scene accessories are packaged and designed separately; assembly instructions are provided and must be followed on receipt.

What we can customise

We recreate hairstyle, expression and conventional accessories. Complex or highly detailed accessories may not be perfectly replicated; we will attempt faithful reproduction within the constraints of building-block construction.

Photo requirements

• Upload clear, high-resolution photos for best results.
• Front-facing, full-body images with no obstructions are preferred.
• Bright-coloured or patterned clothing translates better into the design.

Order, proofing and refunds

We require your email address to send proofs during production, ensuring quality and allowing us to contact you if any issues arise. After you place your order and upload photos we will email a proof. Please reply within 48 hours of receiving the proof email; otherwise we will assume approval and proceed to production. Delivery times may increase if multiple modifications are requested; we always prioritise quality and customer satisfaction.

Refund summary: If you request a refund immediately after placing the order and design production has not started, a full refund is available. How the customisation process works

1. Place your order and upload high-resolution photos of the subject.
2. We send a proof by email; approve or request changes within 48 hours.
3. If approved, we proceed to production, complete a quality inspection and dispatch.

Important notes

• Custom product: Each figure is uniquely made and cannot be resold; once production has started the item is non-returnable.
• Complex accessories: Some items may be approximated within the building-block structure rather than perfectly restored.
