Complex accessories may not be perfectly recreated; we will approximate within building‑block structure where necessary.

Materials & size

Material: ABS, eco‑friendly. Size refers to the stature of the person from head to toe when standing — not the actual height if sitting or lying down.

How to order & photo requirements

Please upload clear, high‑resolution, front, full‑body photos with no obstructions. Bright clothing and visible patterns help us achieve a better likeness. For best results, supply an unobstructed, well‑lit image; patterned or brightly coloured outfits work particularly well.

Production & proofs

We require your email address to send proofs during production so you can confirm the design. The standard process: place order and upload photos → we email a proof for approval → you confirm (please reply within 48 hours) or request modifications → we proceed to production → quality inspection → dispatch. If you do not reply within 48 hours we will assume approval to continue. Any modifications may extend delivery time.

Returns & refunds

This item is customised and uniquely made; it cannot be returned for resale once sold. Refund options depend on the production stage: full refund only if requested immediately before design begins; 50% refund if requested after design has started; no refund once production has started. Shipping & assembly
