• Facial hair: Beards and moustaches cannot be customised at this time.
• Size: The figure represents the stature of the person standing from head to toe; it does not indicate actual seated or lying height.
• Material: ABS, eco-friendly.

Proofs, Approval & Turnaround

We require your email address to send you proofs during production so you can review and approve the design. The process:

1. Place your order and upload high-resolution photos.
2. We email a proof for your approval — please respond within 48 hours. If we do not receive a reply within 48 hours we will assume approval and proceed.
3. Once approved we continue to production, complete a quality inspection and dispatch.

Modifications may delay delivery times — the more revisions required, the longer the turnaround. We always prioritise quality and satisfaction.

Returns & Refunds

This is a customised product made to order and cannot be returned once produced. Refund availability:

• If you request a refund immediately after ordering and design has not yet started — a full refund is available.
• If you request a refund after design has started — a 50% refund is available.
• If you request a refund after production has started — refunds or returns will not be available.
