What we can customise

We will design the figure based on the photo you upload. Typical customisable elements include hairstyle, facial expression, clothing, simple accessories and straightforward poses. We will attempt to recreate handheld items, gestures or more detailed accessories where possible within the constraints of building‑block structure.

Important: Large background decorations in the original image — tables, chairs, musical instruments, animals and similar — are outside the production scope and will not be reproduced.

Photo requirements (for best results)

• Upload a clear, high‑resolution, frontal, full‑body photograph
• No face coverings; bright, plain clothing or clear patterns work best
• Avoid heavily stylised or blurred images — patterned outfits are acceptable but clearer photos help with accuracy

Production & refund policy

Each brick figure is custom made and cannot be returned once produced. Refund rules:

• If you request a refund immediately after placing the order and design production has not started, a full refund is available
• If you request a refund after design has started, 50% refund will be offered
• If you request a refund after production has started, refunds or returns are not available
