How to order & photo guidance
Upload a clear, high-resolution photograph showing the front, full body, without obstructions. Brightly coloured clothing and visible patterns give the best results. Photos with a clear face and posture improve likeness.
Production & proofs
We require your email address to send proofs during production and to contact you about any issues. After you place your order and upload photos we will email a proof for approval. Please reply to the proof email within 48 hours; if we receive no response we will assume approval and proceed. If you approve, we will complete production and perform a quality inspection before dispatch.
Refunds, modifications & delivery
Refund eligibility depends on production stage: if you cancel immediately after ordering and design/production has not started, a refund is available. If design has started, only a 50% refund is possible. After production starts there is no refund or return. For full details see our refund policy. We will try to reproduce accessories and gestures within the constraints of block construction but cannot promise perfect replication of very complex props. Colours and tiny details may vary slightly due to parts and material limitations.
