How it works
Place your order and upload three clear, high-resolution full‑body photos (front, side and back preferred).
Design online: choose hair colour, facial expression, posture options and any custom text to be engraved.
We make a preliminary sample of the head, email you a proof (we require your email to send proofs and production updates).
Reply within 48 hours to request modifications—otherwise we will assume approval and continue production.
After approval we complete the figure, perform quality inspection and dispatch.
Important details & sizing
Material: polymer clay (baked for long-term preservation).
Sizes available: 15 cm (approx. 6 in), 18 cm (approx. 7 in), 20 cm (approx. 8 in). Sizes measure the full stature from head to toe.
Production time: 3–7 business days for handcrafting the item (proof sent after head is finished). Shipping time is additional.
Only the head is fully personalised to match hairstyle and facial expression. Body pose and clothing follow the base product images.
Stationary heads accept all hairstyles; bobble/moveable heads are suitable for short hair only.
We cannot reproduce skin tone 100% due to the nature of polymer clay and colour changes after baking—final tones may appear slightly darker.
Large props shown in images (tables, chairs, musical instruments, animals) are not included in standard production and may incur extra charges or be excluded.

You may provide a name or short quote for engraving. For complex or unusual requests, contact our Customer Service immediately before or after ordering to confirm feasibility and any additional fees.
Modifications & timelines
Any requested modifications will affect dispatch time—the more changes, the longer the turnaround. If you do not respond within 48 hours after receiving the proof email, we will proceed with the current design to avoid further delay. Products cannot be modified after this 48‑hour approval window.
Photo requirements
For best results upload clear, high-resolution photos showing the whole body. Smiling or expressive photos often produce the most charming bobblehead likenesses.
Care & durability
