Photo requirements: Provide a high-resolution, front-facing, full-body image with a clear view of the face and clothing. Patterned or brightly coloured outfits work best for accurate recreation.
Important – returns & refunds: This is a made-to-order personalised item and cannot be resold once produced. If you cancel immediately after ordering and before design has started, a full refund is possible. If you request a refund after design has started, a 50% refund will be issued. We email a proof to confirm the design (proofs sent to the email you provide).
Approve or request modifications within 48 hours—delays may extend production time.
Once approved, we proceed to production, perform a quality inspection and dispatch.
Why we need your email: We use your email to send proofs during production and to contact you if any issues arise.
