Product details

• Customisation: Full‑body, one person (hair, face, outfit, simple accessories and basic pose). Complex items (large props, animals, furniture, musical instruments) are not included.
• Size: The figure size represents the person standing from head to toe (not seated or lying measurements).
• Material: ABS, eco‑friendly and durable.
• Note: This is a bespoke product. Once produced it cannot be returned for resale. Please read our refund policy for details.

What we need from you

• Upload a clear, high‑resolution, front, full‑body photo with no covers. Bright clothing or patterned outfits help accurate reproduction.
• Avoid low resolution, blurred or heavily shadowed images. Photos with very complex handheld items may not be fully replicated.

Customisation process

1. Place your order and upload photos.
2. We email a proof to the address you provide — we require your email to send proofs and production updates.
3. Reply within 48 hours to approve or request modifications. If no reply is received within 48 hours we assume approval and proceed.
4. Quality inspection and dispatch.

Refunds, returns & delivery

Because this product is customised, refunds are limited: a full refund is possible only if you cancel before design begins. If you cancel after design has started a 50% refund is available.
