Limitations: Complex accessories, intricate hand‑held items, elaborate gestures or large scene elements (tables, chairs, musical instruments, animals) are outside the production scope and may not be fully reproduced. We will attempt faithful representation within the building‑block structure.

Because this product is specially and uniquely made, once sold it cannot be returned for resale. Refund options depend on the production stage:
If you request a refund immediately after placing the order and design/production has not started, a refund is available.
If you request a refund after design has started, only 50% refund will be available.
If you request a refund after production has started, a refund or return will not be available.
