How the customisation process works
- Place your order and upload required photos.
- We send a proof to your email. Please reply within 48 hours with approval or modification requests; otherwise we will assume approval and proceed to production.
- Once you approve, we perform quality inspection and dispatch the finished item.
Important refund & production policy
This is a bespoke, made-to-order product and cannot be resold. Therefore returns are generally not accepted. Refund options depend on production stage: if you cancel immediately and design/production has not started, a refund is available; if you cancel after design has started, only a 50% refund is available; once production has started, refunds are not available.
