What isn't included or may be limited
- Complex accessories, intricate hand-held items or advanced gestures may not be perfectly replicated; we will do our best within the constraints of small particle blocks.
- Large scene elements or background decorations (e.g. tables, chairs, musical instruments, animals) are not included.
Materials & size
- Material: ABS, eco-friendly small particle building blocks.
- Size refers to the standing stature of the character from head to toe. It does not use the height of a seated or lying pose.
- Customisation covers one person per figure.

Returns & refunds
This is a customised, made-to-order item and cannot be resold. As such, returns are not accepted. Refunds are available only as follows: if you request a refund immediately after placing the order and design/production has not started, a full refund is available; if design has started, a 50% refund is available; once production has started, refunds and returns are not available.
