What you can personalise

• Head only: hairstyle and facial expression are customised from your photo.
• Body pose and clothing: fixed as shown in the product images (not customisable).
• Head options: fixed heads can be paired with any hairstyle; moveable heads can only be paired with short hair.

We’ll interpret your chosen hairstyle and facial expression in a faithful mini block style within the structural limits of small-particle bricks.

Photo guidelines

• Upload a clear, high-resolution photo for the best result.
• Front-facing, unobscured face (no hats, sunglasses or heavy filters).
• Bright clothing and patterned details photograph well.
• Full-body photos are preferred; a sharp front-facing headshot is acceptable for this head-only customisation.

Size & materials

• Size refers to the figure’s standing height from head to toe (not the real person’s height if seated or lying down).
• Material: ABS, eco-friendly and durable small-particle block.

What’s included and excluded

• Included: two personalised heads fitted to the fixed body designs shown.
• Excluded: pose changes, clothing changes, complex accessories, handheld props, large scene decorations (e.g., tables, chairs, musical instruments, animals, etc.).

How it works

1. Place your order and upload your high-resolution photos.
2. We’ll email a digital proof for approval. Please reply within 48 hours; otherwise, we’ll assume approval and proceed.
3. We produce your figures, perform quality checks and dispatch.

Modification requests are welcome during proofing; however, additional rounds may extend delivery times. Quality and your satisfaction are always our priority.
