Product details

• Customisation: full‑body, front view characters — hairstyle, expression, clothing, standard accessories and simple actions. Complex accessories, hand‑held items or intricate gestures may not be fully replicated but will be approximated within the brick structure.
• Exclusions: large image elements such as tables, chairs, musical instruments, animals or other big decorations are not included in the build.
• Size: figures are measured from head to toe standing upright (stature), not actual height when sitting or lying.
• Material: ABS, eco‑friendly.
• One‑off customised product — once sold it cannot be resold. Please read refund details below.

How to order

1. Place your order and upload high‑resolution, front, full‑body photographs. Clear images with bright colours and little or no patterned covers work best.
2. We will email a proof for your approval; please check your email so we can proceed without delay.
3. Once you approve the proof we begin production. After quality inspection we dispatch your item.

Refund & production policy

Because each item is customised: if you request a refund before design has started we can provide a full refund. If design has started, a 50% refund is available.
