Photo guidelines

• Provide clear, front‑facing, high‑resolution images with good lighting.
• A neutral background and uncovered face (no sunglasses, hats or heavy filters) help achieve the best likeness.
• Bright colours and visible patterns photograph well and improve results.
• Full‑body photos are welcome, but for this listing we only personalise the head; the body remains as shown.

Size & materials

• Size refers to the stature of the standing figure from head to toe; it does not reflect a person’s real‑life height while sitting or lying.
• Material: ABS, eco‑friendly and durable.

What’s included & limitations

• Two brick figures styled as shown in the images; only the heads are personalised.
• Large decorations or props from photos (e.g., tables, chairs, musical instruments, animals) are not included.
• Complex hand‑held items and intricate gestures cannot be reproduced for this product. We stay as faithful as possible within the structure of mini blocks.

This is a bespoke, made‑to‑order item and cannot be resold, so returns are not accepted. Refunds are available only under these conditions: request a refund immediately after ordering and before design begins for a full refund; once design has started, a 50% refund is available; after production has started, refunds are not available.
