• What is customised: hairstyle, facial expression, clothing, conventional accessories and simple poses
• What is NOT included: large scene props such as tables, chairs, musical instruments, animals or complex built decorations
• Limitations: very complex accessories, intricate hand‑held items or elaborate gestures may not be perfectly reproduced; we will restore them as best as possible within building‑block structure
• Size note: size refers to the figure’s stature from head to toe as a standing measurement; it does not represent a person’s seated or lying height

How to order

1. Place your order and upload a high‑resolution photo (front, full body, clear, no obstructions). Bright colours and patterned clothing help with accurate replication.
2. We will email a proof of your customised design for approval — we require your email to send proofs and ensure quality.
3. Please reply within 48 hours of the proof email; if we do not hear from you we will assume approval and continue to production.
4. After approval we complete quality inspection and dispatch.

Returns, refunds & production

This is a personalised product and cannot be resold; once produced it is non‑returnable. If you request a refund immediately after placing the order and design has not started, a full refund is available. If you request a refund after design has started, only a 50% refund is possible. If production has started, refunds or returns are not available.

Timing & modifications

Proof revisions are welcome but may delay delivery — the more modifications required, the longer production and dispatch may take. We prioritise quality and satisfaction.

Photo requirements

For best results upload a clear, high‑resolution photograph showing the subject front on and full body. Avoid hats, sunglasses or obstructive coverings. Photos with good lighting and distinct colours or patterns produce the most accurate personalised brick figures.
