• What we can customise: hairstyle, facial expression, clothing, conventional accessories and simple poses.
• What we cannot reliably reproduce: large scene decorations (tables, chairs, musical instruments, animals) and very complex hand-held items or detailed gestures — we will attempt to represent them within building-block constraints.

Photo requirements (please read)

• Upload clear, high-resolution, front-facing, full-body photos.
• Avoid obstructions (no hats/sunglasses covering the face) and low light.
• Clothing in bright colours or with patterns helps achieve better likeness.

Ordering & customisation process

1. Place your order and upload the required photos and your email address (we use email to send proofs and production updates).
2. We will create and email a proof for your approval — please reply within 48 hours; otherwise we will assume approval to proceed.
3. After approval we move to production, then quality inspection and dispatch.

Modifications requested after the proof will affect delivery time: the more revisions, the longer the overall lead time. We prioritise quality and customer satisfaction.

Returns & refunds

This product is made-to-order and cannot be resold. Refunds follow these rules:

• Before design begins: full refund available.
• After design has started: 50% refund available.
• After production has started: no refund or return available.
