We can personalise each character’s hairstyle, facial expression, clothing, conventional accessories and simple poses. Complex accessories, hand‑held items or intricate gestures may not be fully restorable; we will do our best within the structure of building blocks. Large scene decorations (e.g., tables, chairs, musical instruments, animals, etc.) are not included.

2. We email a proof for your review and confirmation.
3. Please reply within 48 hours of receiving the proof email. If we don’t hear back, we’ll assume approval and proceed.
4. We produce your figures, complete quality inspection and dispatch.
