Refund & returns: This is a bespoke, made-to-order product and cannot be returned once sold for resale. If you request a refund immediately after placing the order and design/production has not started, a full refund is available. If you request a refund after design has started, only 50% refund is available. If you request a refund after production has started, refunds or returns are not available.
