What we can customise

We will personalise hairstyle, facial expression, and standard accessories within the limits of the brick structure. Complex accessories may not be perfectly replicated, but we will endeavour to recreate them as faithfully as possible using building-block elements.

How to upload photos (best practice)

For the best result, please upload clear, high-resolution, front-facing, full-body photographs with no face covers. Wearing bright or patterned clothing often helps capture character and detail. These photos form the basis of the design proof.

Packaging & assembly

All Brick Figures and scene accessories are packaged separately. Clear assembly instructions are provided and should be followed after you receive your items.

Customisation process & proofs

1. Place your order and upload high-resolution photos.
2. We will create and email a proof to the address you provide. We require your email to send proofs and to contact you about any production issues.
3. Please reply within 48 hours to approve or request modifications; otherwise we will assume approval and proceed.
4. Quality inspection and dispatch.

Modifications & delivery

Any requested modifications may extend delivery times. The more changes required, the longer production and dispatch may take — we prioritise quality and customer satisfaction.

Returns, refunds & policies

Because this is a specially made, personalised item it cannot be returned for resale. Refunds are available only as follows: full refund if you cancel before design begins; 50% refund if cancellation occurs after design has started; no refund once production has begun.
