How to order & photo requirements

Place your order and upload high-resolution photos. For best results upload clear, front-facing, full-body images with no obstructions; bright colours and patterned clothing often restore better. We will base the build on the images you supply and the custom options chosen.

Production process

1. Order placed and photos uploaded.
2. We create a proof and email it to you for approval.
3. Please reply within 48 hours of the proof email; otherwise we will assume approval and proceed.
4. On approval we begin production, perform quality inspection and dispatch.

Proofs, email and modification policy

We require your email address to send proofs during production and to contact you about any issues. Minor modifications can be requested after the proof, but multiple or extensive changes may delay dispatch — delivery depends on the number and complexity of modifications.

Refund & cancellation

Because each piece is bespoke, refunds are limited:
• Full refund if you cancel before the design has started.
• 50% refund if you cancel after design has started but before production begins.
• No refund once production has started.
