• Place your order and upload photos; we require your email address to send proofs during production and to communicate any issues.
• We will email a proof for your approval. Please reply within 48 hours; no reply will be taken as approval to proceed.
• If you request modifications, these may extend delivery time — the more changes, the longer production may take.

Returns & Refunds

This product is a customised, made-to-order item and cannot be returned for resale. Refund options are as follows: if you request a refund immediately after ordering and production/design has not started, a refund is available; if you request a refund after design has started, a 50% refund is available; once production has started no refund or return is available.
