How to order

1. Place your order and upload a clear, high-resolution front-facing photograph (no cover, well lit; colours and patterned clothing help).
2. Provide a valid email address — we will send proofs for your approval during production.
3. Approve the proof or request modifications (please reply within 48 hours of proof email; otherwise we will assume approval to continue).

Production & proofing

We will attempt to faithfully restore the hairstyle and expression within block limitations. Proofs are sent by email for your approval. Modifications are possible but may extend delivery time — the greater the number of changes, the longer the delay. For full details see our shipping policy.

Refund & returns

As this item is custom-made and unique, it cannot be resold once produced. Refund eligibility:

• If you cancel immediately after ordering and design/production has not started, a full refund may be available.
• If you cancel after design has started, a 50% refund will apply.
