To order: place your order and upload a clear, high-resolution, front-facing photo. Provide a valid email address so we can send a preview proof for approval. We will email a sample image of the sculpt for you to review. If approved, we proceed to production. If changes are required, reply within 48 hours of the proof email to request modifications; otherwise we will assume approval to avoid delays.

• Only the head can be personalised. Fixed heads allow any hairstyle; bobble (moveable) heads can only have short hair.
