Photo Requirements

To ensure the best result, upload a clear, high-resolution, front-facing, full-body photo with no obstructions. Bright clothing or patterned outfits work best. The selected photos begin the design process — please avoid heavy filters/coverings.

How Customisation Works

1. Place your order and upload the required photos.
2. We email a proof to the address you provide — we need your email to send proofs and updates.
3. Reply within 48 hours to request modifications; otherwise we will assume approval and proceed.
4. Quality inspection and dispatch.

Refunds & Modifications

Because each figure is custom-made, returns for resale are not possible once sold. Refund rules: full refund only if design and production have not started; if design has started a 50% refund applies; once production has started no refund is available.
