How to order
Place your order and upload a high‑resolution, front, full‑body photo (clear, unobstructed, bright colours preferred).
We will email a proof of the design for approval; please reply within 48 hours to avoid automatic approval.
Once you approve the proof we proceed to production, conduct quality inspection and then dispatch.
Photo guidance
For the best likeness, upload a clear, high‑resolution photograph showing the full body from the front. Avoid hats, face covers or heavy shadows. Patterned clothing and bright colours help us match details more accurately.
Refunds & returns
This is a personalised product and cannot be resold once made. Refund eligibility depends on production stage: full refund available only if design and production have not started; 50% refund if requested after design has started; no refund once production has started.
