How to order

3. Approve the proof or request changes (please reply within 48 hours; otherwise we will assume approval).
4. Once approved, we complete production, perform a quality inspection and dispatch your figure.

Refunds & returns

Because the item is customised, refunds are limited: if you request a refund immediately after placing the order and design/production has not started, a full refund is available.
