How customisation works

1. Place your order and upload a high-resolution photo (front, full-body preferred, clear, no cover). Bright colours and patterned clothing give best results.
2. We will email a proof for your approval — please reply within 48 hours. We require your email address to send proofs and to contact you if any issues arise.
3. Once you approve the proof we proceed to production; quality inspection follows; then dispatch.

Photo guidance & limitations

For best results upload a clear, high-resolution image showing the subject standing, facing forwards where possible. Complex accessories may not be fully restored; we will reproduce details within the constraints of the building-block style. Note: the stated size reflects the figure’s standing stature, not a person’s seated or lying height.

Refunds & returns

This is a customised product and cannot be resold once made. Refund rules: full refund available only if you cancel immediately and design/production has not started; if design has started a 50% refund is available; once production has started refunds or returns are not available.
