Customisation & proof process

After placing your order, upload the photo and provide your email address so we can send proofs during production. Process: order & upload → we send proof by email → you approve or request changes (please reply within 48 hours of the proof email, otherwise we will assume approval) → production → quality inspection → dispatch. Any requested modifications may extend delivery time.

Important refund & returns information

This is a bespoke, made-to-order item and cannot be returned for resale once completed. Refund rules: if you cancel immediately and design has not started you are eligible for a full refund; if design has started a 50% refund is available; once production has started no refund or return is available.
