• We will attempt to recreate complex accessories, hand-held items and gestures within the limits of brick structure, but exact restoration may not be possible
• Large props from your image (e.g., tables, chairs, musical instruments, animals) are not included

• Upload a clear, high-resolution photograph
• Front-facing, full-body image with an uncovered face
• Bright colours and patterned outfits are recommended
• Avoid low light, heavy filters, backlighting or blur

• Material: ABS (eco-friendly)
• Size reference: the figure’s standing stature from head to toe. Seated or lying poses do not determine the final size

2. We email a proof for your approval
3. Please reply within 48 hours of receiving the proof email; otherwise, we will assume approval and proceed
4. We carry out any agreed modifications, complete production, perform quality inspection and dispatch

• This is a made-to-order, personalised product and cannot be returned or resold once completed
• Refund available if requested immediately after ordering and before design begins
• If design has started: 50% refund
