How to order & photo requirements

Upload a clear, high-resolution photograph when you place your order. Best results come from a front, full-body image with the subject uncovered, wearing bright or patterned clothing where applicable. Photos with good lighting and minimal background clutter give the most accurate personalised brick figure and personalised face gifts.

Customisation process

1. Place your order and upload photos.
2. We’ll email a proof for your approval — we require your email address to send proofs and to contact you about any queries.
3. Reply within 48 hours to request changes; otherwise we will assume approval and proceed.
4. Once approved, we complete production, perform quality inspection and dispatch.

Production & changes

Modifications after proof approval may delay delivery times; the more changes requested, the longer production may take. We always prioritise quality and customer satisfaction.

Refunds & cancellations

Because each item is uniquely produced, returns are restricted:

• Before design/production begins: full refund available if you cancel immediately after ordering.
• After design has started: 50% refund only.
• After production has started: no refund or return available.
