How to order

1. Place your order and upload clear, high‑resolution photos — front, full‑body, unobstructed, wearing bright or patterned clothing is helpful.
2. We create a proof and email it to you; please reply within 48 hours to approve or request modifications.
3. After approval we proceed to production, perform quality checks and dispatch.

Photo requirements & customisation scope

For best results upload clear, high‑resolution photos showing the subject standing, front view and full body. We can reproduce hairstyle, expression, clothing, conventional accessories and simple hand-held items or gestures. Complex accessories, intricate hand‑held items or elaborate gestures may not be perfectly reproduced; we will adapt details within the constraints of the brick structure.

Production does not include large background decorations such as tables, chairs or musical instruments. Small pet figures (eg small dogs) may be recreated as part of your 2‑dog option where feasible, but large or highly detailed animals may not be faithfully reproduced.

Size information

Size refers to the stature of the figure from head to toe when standing. It does not represent the person’s actual height while sitting or lying.

Proofs, communication & delivery

We require your email address to send design proofs during production and to contact you if any issues arise. If you request modifications, delivery time may be extended depending on the number and extent of changes. We always prioritise quality and customer satisfaction.

Refunds & returns

Because this is a made‑to‑order, customised item, it cannot be returned for resale once sold. Refund options by production stage:

• If you cancel immediately and we have not started design: full refund available.
• If you cancel after design has started: 50% refund available.
• If you cancel after production has started: no refund available.
