What we can customise

• Clothing, colour and simple patterns
• Conventional accessories and simple poses
• Small pet approximation where feasible (large, complex animals may not be well reproduced)

What we cannot replicate

• Large or complex decorations: tables, chairs, musical instruments, elaborate animals and other big props are excluded from the production scope
• Highly intricate hand‑held items or complex gestures may be simplified to suit brick structure

Size & material

Size refers to the figure’s full stature from head to toe when standing (not the person’s sitting or lying height). Material: ABS, eco‑friendly.

How to order – photo requirements

1. Upload high‑resolution, clear photographs: front, full‑body shots without obstructions (no hats or sunglasses), bright colours preferred. Patterned clothing can help recreate details.
2. We will email proofs during production – please provide a valid email address so we can send and confirm designs.

Customisation process

1. Place your order and upload photos.
2. We email a proof for your approval. Please reply within 48 hours; if no response is received we will assume approval and continue production.
3. Once approved, we proceed to production and quality inspection, then dispatch.

Refunds & returns

This is a bespoke product and cannot be returned once produced. Refund options are:

• Full refund if requested immediately after ordering and design/production has not yet started.
• 50% refund if requested after design has started.
• No refund once production has started.
