• Upload a clear, high‑resolution photograph for the best results
• Front‑facing, full‑body images with no obstructions (no hats/masks) are ideal
• Bright colours and patterned clothing help capture details

Size refers to the stature of the person standing from head to toe in the model. It is not the person’s actual height while seated or lying down.

This is a customised item, specially and uniquely made for you. Once sold, it cannot be returned for resale. If you request a refund before design work starts, a full refund is available. If you request a refund after design has started, only a 50% refund is available. After production has started, refunds or returns are not available. Should there be any concerns, we will work with you to make modifications (please reply within 48 hours of receiving the proof email, otherwise we will assume approval to continue production) → Quality inspection → Dispatch.

Yes. Delivery times depend on the number of modifications required. The more modifications needed, the longer delivery may take. We always prioritise quality and customer satisfaction.
