What we can and cannot reproduce

• We will attempt to recreate small accessories and hand-held items within the limits of the brick structure.
• Complex accessories, elaborate gestures or highly detailed props may not be fully restored.
• Large scene decorations (tables, chairs, large musical instruments) and large animals are generally outside our production scope. Small, simple pets may be included where feasible but fine detail cannot be guaranteed.

How to order & photo requirements

• Place your order and upload high-resolution, front-facing, full-body photos with clear views and bright colours. Avoid obstructions (no hats, masks, or covers).
• Patterned clothing is acceptable and often helps personalise the design.
• We require your email address to send design proofs and to communicate during production.

Production process

1. Order placed and photos uploaded.
2. We create and email a proof for your approval — please reply within 48 hours. No reply will be treated as approval to proceed.
3. On approval we proceed to production, followed by quality inspection and dispatch.

Refund & returns

Because each product is custom-made, it cannot be returned for resale. If you cancel immediately after ordering and design has not yet started you may receive a full refund. If design has started a 50% refund applies. Once production has started refunds or returns are not available. For full details see our refund policy.

Delivery & modifications

Modifications to proofs may delay delivery; the more changes requested the longer the lead time. For shipping information and delivery times please consult our shipping policy. We ship primarily to Australia and also to the UK.

Selection of clear photos is the start of the design. We will do our best to faithfully re-create the characters within the constraints of building-block construction. By ordering you acknowledge the bespoke nature of the item and the refund/production terms above.
