What we can and cannot reproduce

• We will reproduce hair, expression, clothing, small accessories and simple actions within the structure of building blocks.
• Complex accessories, large hand-held items or intricate gestures may not be fully replicated; we will do our best within brick constraints.
• The production scope does not include large background decorations (for example tables, chairs, musical instruments, or animals). Simple pet representations may be possible but large or detailed animals might not be accurately recreated.

Photo requirements

• Please upload clear, high-resolution, front-facing, full-body photos with no obstructions or covers.
• Brightly coloured clothing and patterns work best; avoid heavy backlighting or blurred images.

Customisation & production process

1. Place your order and upload high-resolution photos.
2. We will email a proof of the design to the address you provide — we require your email to send proofs and to keep you informed during production.
3. Reply within 48 hours to confirm or request modifications; otherwise we will assume approval and proceed.
4. Once proofs are approved, we complete production, perform quality inspection and dispatch.

Modifications can extend delivery time: the more changes requested, the longer production and dispatch may take. We always prioritise quality and customer satisfaction.

Refund & returns

This is a personalised product and cannot be returned once produced. Refund options depend on the production stage: if you request a refund immediately after placing the order before design or production has started, a full refund is available. If you request a refund after design has started, a 50% refund will be available. If production has started, refunds or returns are not available.
