Headshot clarity and full‑body framing help us create the most accurate personalised brick figures. For hand‑held items or intricate accessories, we will attempt to recreate them within building‑block constraints but full fidelity cannot be guaranteed.

2. We email proofs to you for approval — we require your email address to send proofs and to communicate about your custom order.
3. Approve the proof or request modifications (please reply within 48 hours of the proof email; no reply will be treated as approval).
4. Production, quality inspection and dispatch.

Because this is a customised product, returns are restricted. Full refund is available only if you cancel immediately after placing the order and before design has started.
